Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@OurBarstools.com
and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
We have a 30-day return policy, which mean you have 30 days after receiving your items to request return. To start a return, you can contact us at info@OurBarstools.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to our warehouse. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded the purchase amount minus the return shipping cost within 10 business days.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours and has shipped, you (the Buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. If you not 100% Satisfied with the quality of the products once you receive it, please contact us at info@OurBarstools.com to make arrangements to return your order.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
